We build your campaign structure, write the ad copy, and verify conversion tracking before anything runs. Once live, the first phase is about learning. We are watching what resonates, what converts, and what your audience responds to.

How We Operate
Before any agreement is signed, we want to know your business, your goals, and what you are actually trying to solve. That conversation shapes everything that comes after. If we are a good fit, we move forward together. If we are not, we will tell you that too.
Every campaign is verified for conversion tracking before it runs. If we cannot measure the results, we do not launch. This protects your budget and gives us the data to improve.
Every campaign decision, budget adjustment, and launch is reviewed and approved by our team before anything changes. We work with the best tools available, but strategy and judgment belong to us. That is what you are hiring.
Your ad accounts, pixels, campaigns, and data belong to you. We operate as partners inside your accounts, not gatekeepers. Everything you build with us stays with you.
Any message, question, or concern from an active client gets acknowledged within 4 business hours. You will not be left waiting to find out if something was received.
Your package price covers both our management fee and your dedicated ad budget. We walk through this on every intake call and it is documented in your agreement. No surprises.
Terms of Service
Plain language. No fine print surprises. These are the terms that govern every client engagement with SMPL Strategies.
All services operate on a payment-first basis. Your first month is required before any work begins, including discovery calls and campaign setup. Monthly billing continues on your renewal date. Ad spend is funded from a dedicated account and allocated entirely to your campaigns. It is never commingled with other clients' budgets.
Services provided are outlined in your service agreement and confirmed at intake. Any changes to scope, including adding channels or services, are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Package pricing reflects the channels and deliverables confirmed at the start of each billing period.
All advertising accounts, pixels, data sources, and campaign assets created or accessed during our engagement belong to you. We operate with partner-level access only. Upon termination, all access is revoked and all assets remain with you. Any websites or pages built by SMPL Strategies for a client remain the property of the client upon full payment for that work.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Ad spend allocated to active campaigns will continue to run through the end of the funded period unless paused by mutual agreement. We do not pause or cancel active campaigns without client communication and written confirmation.
SMPL Strategies manages advertising campaigns with skill and diligence but cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Advertising results are influenced by many factors including market conditions, offer quality, landing page experience, and seasonality. We commit to transparency, consistent optimization, and honest reporting throughout every engagement.
All client business information, campaign data, and financial details shared with SMPL Strategies are kept strictly confidential and are not disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or platform compliance.
