These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SMPL Strategies website (smplstrategies.com), demo sites, and related services operated by TZG LLC ("we," "us," "our").

Services

SMPL Strategies provides website design, digital marketing, and advertising management services for local businesses. Service details, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements between SMPL Strategies and each client.

SMS Program Terms

SMPL Strategies operates an SMS outreach program to introduce our website design and digital marketing services to local businesses. By engaging with our SMS messages, you agree to the following:

• Program description: SMPL Strategies sends introductory SMS messages to local businesses whose contact information is publicly available on business directories, Google Business Profiles, and business websites.
• Message frequency: Up to 3 messages per 15-day outreach sequence.
• Message content: Messages introduce our services and include a link to a personalized site demo. Messages always include opt-out instructions.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email jonathan@smplstrategies.com.
• Consent: Business phone numbers used for outreach are obtained from publicly available sources. Recipients who do not wish to receive messages may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• No sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties.
• Carriers supported: Compatible with all major US carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email Communications

SMPL Strategies sends email communications to business email addresses obtained from publicly available sources. All emails include an unsubscribe option and our physical mailing address in compliance with CAN-SPAM requirements.

Website Use

You may use our website for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access areas not intended for public access.

Demo Sites

Demo sites at demo.smplstrategies.com are provided as examples of our work. They are not live business websites and should not be relied upon for business information about the businesses depicted.

Intellectual Property

All content on smplstrategies.com and demo.smplstrategies.com is the property of TZG LLC. Client websites become the property of the client upon final payment as defined in individual service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

SMPL Strategies provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
