About This Program
SMPL Strategies operates an A2P 10DLC-registered outbound SMS program that introduces our website design and digital marketing services to local service businesses in Southwest Riverside County, California, and other US markets where we operate.
We are a registered business sender operating under the Twilio A2P 10DLC framework. The Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Short Code Monitoring Handbook and carrier guidelines govern how we collect, send, and manage SMS communications.
How Recipients Are Selected
We send messages only to business phone numbers that are publicly listed on one or more of the following sources:
- Google Business Profiles
- Business websites
- Public business directories (Yelp, Yellow Pages, industry-specific directories)
We do not purchase contact lists from third-party data brokers. We do not scrape personal or non-business phone numbers. We do not contact consumer or residential numbers. All phone numbers used for outreach are business contact numbers published by the business owner for the purpose of being contacted by customers and vendors.
Consent Model
Consent for this program follows the "publicly listed business contact" model recognized under the TCPA for business-to-business communications and under CTIA guidelines for registered A2P senders.
A business owner who publishes a phone number on a public directory, Google Business Profile, or their own business website is placing that number in the public record for the express purpose of receiving business-related inquiries. Our outreach is business-related: we introduce a service that is directly relevant to the recipient's business.
Every recipient has immediate and unconditional authority to opt out by replying STOP, at which point we cease all further messages permanently.

Message Content and Frequency
SMPL Strategies messages introduce our website design and digital marketing services. Each initial message identifies the sender, references the recipient's business by name, includes a link to a personalized site demo or explanation, and includes opt-out instructions.
A recipient may receive up to 3 messages from SMPL Strategies across a 15-day introductory outreach sequence. If the recipient opts out at any point (by replying STOP or any recognized opt-out keyword), no further messages are sent. If the recipient does not respond, the sequence ends after the third message and the number is moved to a no-further-contact list.
Sample Messages
Below are representative examples of messages recipients may receive:
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any SMS messages you receive or send. SMPL Strategies does not charge any fee for the SMS messages themselves, but carrier charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient's carrier account.
Supported Carriers
This program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Data Handling
Phone numbers collected through this program are stored in our secure outreach database and used solely for the purpose of this program. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or mobile consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Recipients who opt out are added to an internal suppression list that prevents any future contact from SMPL Strategies. Suppression list records are retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests even if the number is reassigned or re-listed.
See our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information.
