SMS Communications
SMPL Strategies operates an A2P 10DLC-registered SMS program for transactional and operational messages to recipients who have provided documented affirmative consent through the online intake form. Full program details, intake form consent model, opt-in and opt-out instructions, and sample messages are published at smplstrategies.com/sms-policy.
Consent path: SMPL Strategies sends SMS only to recipients who have opted in through the online intake form at demo.smplstrategies.com/intake, which requires an explicit SMS consent checkbox to submit. We do not send cold SMS outreach.
Message frequency: Up to 5 SMS per 30-day sequence.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to any messages you send or receive.
Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
Help: Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, or contact us at help@smplstrategies.com or (951) 401-4129.
No third-party sharing: SMPL Strategies does not sell, rent, lease, or share phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or mobile consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared outside SMPL Strategies. Phone numbers are used solely for SMPL Strategies operational and client service delivery.
Audit trail and retention: Each SMS consent event is recorded with timestamp, phone number, and source URL. Consent records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus four years per CTIA and TCPA audit requirements.
Email Communications
SMPL Strategies sends email communications related to active client engagements, intake form submissions, and direct inquiries to addresses recipients have provided. You can opt out of email communications by replying to any email or by contacting us directly at help@smplstrategies.com.
AI Visibility Tool
SMPL Strategies operates a free AI Visibility Check at smplstrategies.com/scan. This section describes how we handle the email address you provide when requesting your full AI Visibility Report.
What we collect:
- Your email address, submitted voluntarily through the report request form after your scan completes. No account is created; your email address is the only personal identifier we retain from the tool.
- Your IP address, stored in salted hash form for security and rate-limiting purposes. We do not retain your raw IP address.
How we use it:
- To send your AI Visibility Report to the address you provide upon submission.
- To send a single follow-up email from SMPL Strategies about your AI visibility results and our services, within 7 days of your report delivery. You can opt out at any time.
AI visibility scan query: To generate your report, we run a search-style query (your service type and city, e.g. "junk removal Temecula CA") against third-party AI answer engines. We do not send your business name, email address, or website to these engines, only the de-identified query. See "Service Providers" below.
Opt-out: Click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or contact us at help@smplstrategies.com. We will process your request within 10 business days.
Retention: We retain email addresses collected through the AI Visibility Tool for up to 12 months following your report delivery, or until you opt out, whichever is earlier. Suppression records (to honor opt-outs) are retained indefinitely.
California residents: Collection of your email address constitutes collection of personal information (identifiers) under Cal. Civ. Code ยง1798.140(v)(1). The purposes of collection are as described above: report delivery and a single commercial follow-up communication about AI visibility services. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See "Your Rights" below for your CCPA rights.
